What we're really talking about is a wonderful day set aside on the fourth Thursday of November when no one diets.  I mean, why else would they call it Thanksgiving?

match

Matching Campaign was a HUGE success!

The Community Foundation's first online matching campaign last Friday was amazing!  Our goal to raise $25,000 in 25 hours in honor of the 25th Anniversary of the Community Foundation was surpassed.

The generosity of our donors was unbelievable and benefitted the endowments of 34 Grant County non-profits/charities to the tune of $32,382.50!

This is simply outstanding!  Thanks to all who donated!

And, for those of you that still have end-of-year giving plans to make, check out our website at www.comfdn.org to review our 250 charity choices and our easy option for online giving.

Savvy Senior

Dear Savvy Living,

Where is the best place to find a senior-friendly home telephone with big buttons and amplified sound? My 78-year-old mother has a difficult time hearing over the phone anymore, and her vision isn't so great either. What can you tell me?

It's a pleasure to live in Indiana.  The generosity of our citizens is inspiring and the Colts aren't bad either!
