As
a person approaches end of life decisions, there are several steps

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) has published the full text
of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). He plans
to schedule a vote for the bill on Saturday, November 21, 2009.
Gold
rose for the sixth straight session this week hitting a new record
high amid concerns over inflation and a weakening dollar. Gold rose
to over $1,149 an ounce this week on the New York Mercantile Stock
Exchange.

Short-term
Treasury yields dropped this week, with the yield on 2-year notes
falling to the lowest level of 2009. Analysts say the bond market is
acting on sentiment that the economy is recovering at a
slower-than-anticipated pace.
Long-Term
Mortgages at Lowest Level
Freddie
Mac reported the 15-year mortgage at the lowest level ever recorded
in its weekly mortgage survey this week. The 15-year FRM averaged
4.32%, down from last week when it averaged 4.36%.
